Belly Pics etc.

This is at about 9 weeks.

This is at 13 weeks. I was standing a little funny I think. I also feel like my belly is way bigger than it looks here.

This is at KFC the night before we moved. I have been eating a lot of mashed potatoes. The nurse told me not to because of some reason but I like them and they stay down.

Cute belly pics, it is still small, but you are getting that pregnant look about you! I don't think there should really be any problems with mashed potatoes. I asked my doctor that I work with about it and she said that actually carbs like potatoes can be good. Not to poo poo on your nurse, but I am not sure what she is thinking there. Hope you have a good few days off!

I can't imagine why you aren't supposed to eat mashed potatoes. I thought that with nausea you should eat whatever sounds good and you can keep down. I think starches/carbs are usually better for those with the nausea.

Once you feel better you can work on a better balance in your meals.

Hey my word verification word is RAMEN.

I say eat whatever you can! I went through that, I had a list of foods not to eat. Potatoes, however, I could eat any time any place. Especially large steak fries. Potatoes were definitely my weakness! :)
You are SO cute with your little bump. I'm glad you were able to get some maternity clothes. I agree that you should hold off in wearing them until you absolutely HAVE to. You'll end up wearing them until 2-3 months after you deliver, so they get old really fast.
Love you so much. Hope you get to feeling better soon. :)
